Some of us reach a time in our lives when we choose to go gluten free, lose weight, cut out meat or try cooking vegan. Some of us have to change our diet – through illness, development of allergies or intolerances. Others have issues with our children who can develop eating disorders or who are picky and disinterested. These are all very common challenges and I have a lot of experience helping families to deal with these changes in creative ways, so that our diet can stay varied and inspiring. It has never been more important to care about the food we consume and to understand the effects it has on our wellbeing. I can help address a new balance and repair some of the stresses that meal times can often bring.
